No! Here at CompuTechies, we believe in non-outsourced true tech support. You will never be connected to India… China… or any other country for that matter… We want to make sure your businesses technology is always working and best of all, if we can’t fix it, there’s no charge and most likely, we’ll even be able to tell you how you can fix it. Usually, the ONLY time we can’t fix your problem is if the problem is originating on a device inaccessible from your computer. We can fix a variety of problems as long as you have a working internet connection.

 

So How Does It Work?

1. First we’ll need to get you setup with an account for making payment. Currently, we’re offering a free trial – that’s right, we’re going to fix a problem for free just to show you how easy our service is to use. After your free trial, you will have the option to purchase ‘x’ amount of hours of remote support, the more you buy, the higher the discount goes (yes I know, the price… getting there!). Our remote support is unique as we charge by every half hour, not the whole hour. Another feature we’re proud to offer is the 14 minutes of free overtime… So if it takes us 44 minutes or less, we only charge for half an hour. If it takes 45 minutes or more, we charge an additional half hour. The price you ask? Aside from our huge savings discounts available when you take advantage of larger packages, our smallest package – 2 hours, costs just $79. That’s potentially 4 different problems! 2. Ready to start your free trial? Here’s the process. First, give us a call at 903-537-0020. We will stay connected via telephone for the duration of the remote support session.

3. CompuTechies will setup a Session ID and give you this to enter below.

4. Just download the program below and launch it!

5. Enter our Session ID and login to the session.

6. You can now see our monitor and we’ll begin from there!

Note: As soon as the Session is over, the ID will expire and you will no longer have access to that computer. If we get disconnected any time, just wait a for seconds and we’ll call you back. There’s also a chat box if there’s a long term outage (such as your cell battery).
